Thanks to my participation in this Quest, I have a more well rounded routine in my life: daily meditation, exercise, and lots of gratitude for what I have. It has made my time in self-isolation much more bearable and makes me feel very optimistic about my future. I enjoyed the process so much I just started the Superbrain Quest to supplement what I have already learned. Thank you Mindvalley!
