"I did feel like I changed something within myself, and now for the first time in my life I feel like I have the ability to create a path towards self-actualization"

My Awakening wasn't really a single event but rather four things that helped bring it out from within. I call them "The Four M's". They are as follows, in order of importance with the first being the most important down to the least: 1) Mindfulness, or Living More in the Present Moment (I began practicing mindfulness in my daily life during the last week of November 2019. Initially I started doing it while driving, but then I later began trying to incorporate it into my daily life.) 2) Music (My love for music has always been a part of me. I feel most like myself when experiencing the joy it brings me, or when I can connect with other people through it.) 3) Moving Out of My Parents' House (last week of October 2019. This helped me become more independent.) 4) Marijuana (No, seriously. I first tried it on a whim while visiting Berkeley for a music show November 1, 2019. The most important takeaway from my first time being high was this: Wow, imagine if I could make my "normal state" at least as wonderful as this!) I didn't discover Mindvalley until mid March of this year 2020, so at that time I didn't know these events as an "awakening" per se, but I did feel like I changed something within myself, and now for the first time in my life I feel like I have the ability to create a path towards self-actualization. I don't know the exact details of my journey yet, but I'm excited nonetheless!
