The biggest positive change I've experienced is a dramatic increase of happiness in the now. I feel content, happy and confident everyday. Before I joined this quest I found myself in a downward spiral of overwhelm and self-pity. I just wanted to escape it all and live on a secluded island. Now I wake up everyday knowing that I can shape the day and that magic moments will occur!
