Before this program, I have studied many programs and learning tools to become a better more intone with my life journey and purpose. Engaging in this program has truly deepened my understanding of my life quest and the value of journaling. Now I enjoy starting my day with the sun. Letting go of anything or anyone who holds no purpose in my life and moving towards more time to lift people who need support. This weekend I met with 2 aunts who are 90 and 98 and saw the gentleness within and breathed in a new level of understanding.
