This quest was the very first quest I took on Mindvalley.
Before I started with Be Extraordinary I had already done quite a lot of seminars, trainings, workshops,.... in working with energies, healing, transforming. But I was always overwhelmed by the many tools I got so that in the end I did not use them on a constant base.
So this course was different for me.
First, my personal commitment to come back each day for the sessions, to reflect each day on the inputs and to share it with the tribe. I loved those step by step process of going deeper and deeper and also getting a lot of knowledge around.
Now, after 30 days I am so happy with all the tools I learned. Many of those have already become a fixed item of my daily routine, meditation has become a "I love guided meditations and I incorporate them in my day" (from "I don't like to meditate" when I started).
So when I think back, many things have changed, some noticeable, some very quiet. But to be honest, the end is just the beginning. Now the magic begins....
