Mindvalley and the Be extraordinary course came to my rescue - the course was sooooo good that i have done the entire course twice now. not only that I actually wrote a poem (started out as one) as a cheat sheet for all the learnings from my course and it lives on my phone to remind me of what i have learnt and what i should strive towards
