Before I signed up for this program, I was in a low slump. I’m an empty nester with osteoarthritis and not feeling very good about myself aging. 
It didn’t take long for the Quest to facilitate positive changes in me - in all aspects of my bring. 
It reawakened my love of personal growth, philosophy and spirituality. The best thing about Mindvalley Quests are they are bite sized, doable daily teachings and journaling, very easy to follow and backed by scientific data.
