This was my first program at Mindvally and it was life-changing.
In previous years - or decades, really - I've done as expected, acted as I'm supposed to act, and spent my time with people who drained me of all my energy.
It's liberating to finally dare to live my own life, to dream of something better and to make my own choices without caring about other people's thoughts. Now I start to believe that I am valuable and truly extraordinary.
There is still a lot of work to be done, but my smile is back and I can look forward to my life happy and free.
