"It has what I want and need"

Hi I´m new, so I gonna share a little bit of my life. All my life I just felt that I follow a patron: study and work; I was a shy girl, no many friends, no going out, and no confidence in my self. Childhood and the family environment it was difficult for me. When I start working is when everything fell down. My body got sick for 2 years, I got depressed because there was no direction in my life, no goals, no socialize with persons around my age, and no freedom. But, the real beak starts when I meet my Yoda at work. We were friends before working together and it was my first time I meet someone so different on many levels. He is a role model, inspires others, and gives the image of respect; is a young father and here are some of his qualities: committed to working, control of his emotions (never see angry), give good advice, has a different view on life, doesn't care what others think, healthy mind, connect with others fast, independent and spiritual. He teaches me a lot of things, understanding, analyze, comprehend, everything has a solution and everything is mental. There are more but with repeating, I start improving and I want more. So, I take this Mindvalley course, It has what I want and need, to freedom myself, to improve and to discover my road in life.
