"In many ways, my life is extraordinary."

I am 61 years old. I had trauma in my childhood. For years, I have struggled to overcome anxiety and a tendency to worry about the outcome of pretty much any situation (work and personal). I have a career that is challenging (I am a "divorce" attorney). I am happily married and have wonderful children and grandchildren. I strive to experience an extraordinary life. In many ways, my life is extraordinary. However, when I get stuck in anxiety and worry, it is impossible to feel joy.
