Hello. My name is Stratos Gkioulmpanogloy and I live in Greece.
Before this program, I was pessimistic towards some areas of my life such as my personal life, my job as a musician, my external appearance towards outside world.
Some years ago I got depressed due to a skin allergy I had passed and it really cost me especially for psychological reasons. My body was in bad condition. Therefore I started to attend sessions with a psychiatrist. Even though I was taking a therapy it was still difficult for me to overcome this situation.
So after one year I decided to abandon my therapy. I decided to deal with it on my own before I stumbled upon an advertisement of the Mindvalley on Facebook.
Thanks to this program my life has changed for good. I wouldn't have imagined from the start that this quest is going to affect my life so positively.
My belief system changed and I am not anymore so hesitant towards life. I reduced my anxiety to a significant level and therefore I am more self-confident and happier.
One of my biggest changes is that I am more productive in my job as a music teacher in schools. I have become better and I see that other people estimate it. Many chapters helped me such as Intuition but the chapters on creative visualization and merging really helped to a great level.
And now my life has been rejuvenated and from now on I am determined to accomplish great things to my life. I really want to set bold goals for my career as a musician.
I recommend this quest to everyone. I have already said my impressions to my friends. It's a commitment to personal growth regardless of how life impacted on you positively or negatively.
