I signed up for this Quest because I read the Code of the Extraordinary Mind. I wanted the journey to continue and Vishen really delivered.
As a result of this beautiful Quest I have deepened and amplified my meditation practice.
I love Vishen’s Six Phase Meditation—it creates magic in my life. I also learned how to actively meditate and it blew my mind! I’ve read Atomic Habits also as a result of this Quest and it is an amazing book! I really honed in on the fact that it’s crucial to SHIFT my identity in order to create lasting change.
Finally, the 3 Most Important Questions was a true Game Changer. I did the exercise with my roommate while I was reading the book. She achieved the most incredible results and that’s the only piece she did! Imagine if she had taken the Quest with me—what more could she have achieved?!
