"I've only on Day 7 of Be Extraordinary, and I already feel extraordinary."

I've only on Day 7 of Be Extraordinary, and I already feel extraordinary. Wow. I have learned SO MUCH about my inner terrain, where I am mentally right now, and I have a clearer picture than ever before of my next three years. I also feel more hopeful than I have been in a year or so. The 6 phases of meditation a game-changer. The four levels of consciousness have opened my mind up that I have ideas, reflections and revelations coming to me every day. Probably my biggest "ah-ha" is that in this equation called life, I am both the constant and the variable. I carry me around everywhere I go, lol AND I can change my mindset (the variable) at any given moment, and however, I need it to change. This may be silly, but I had a traumatic experience with a bat last summer. Since then, every time I go in my kitchen, my heart rate increases, and I would run in and run out...once I started to participate in BE I changed my reaction to the fear by saying, "Ok, if I see a bat I can handle it..." This statement may seem insignificant, but at that moment I realized that I don't have to avoid my fears, I can meet them head-on because I'm "unfuckwithable" (sorry dad for the profanity)...and this knowledge brought me JOY.
