I had a work burn out back in 2016 which made me suffer a bad insomnia for about 6 month, this moment was transformational in my life as made me question my working believes, family working history and also my purpose in life. This moment in life was sun an awakening one as I stated to take some action. Personal and professional development helped me to discover a new life purpose in life which is more aligned with my current life values.
