I’ve been following Mindvalley for about a year or so now. Vishen teachings resonates with me well and I’ve been amazed with many Mindvalley and A-fest speakers, like The Hindsight Window by Eric Edmeades I’ve started my conscious self-evolution journey about 10 years back, and understand the importance to never stop learning and growing. Being a fiery personality since my birth, it took me time to reflect and navigate the energy in the direction that I want to. I’ve just joined the program yesterday and finished my 1st day today. I’ve started the day with meditation, segment intending and the exercise. I had peaceful and fulfilling day - nothing could take me off the guard. I did felt global love and inner joy all day. I’m looking forward to the next steps of this journey. ❤️
