"I love insights that help me deconstruct and reconstruct my way of thinking and encourage my sense of freedom and agency within my life"

Before this program, I'd never fully been able to sustain a consistent meditative practice. Even after completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training program. I'd find myself drifting and bored with my focal point and stillness was difficult unless I'd previously engaged in movement. I also knew that I was more receptive to guided mediation, which has to do with how I'm so relationally oriented. I thrive on human-human interaction and enjoy hearing from others. So, the active and repetitive aspects of the meditations in the BE quest really made me look forward to each day. Now, I can quickly enter a meditative state, which still surprises me each time. Now, the gratitude practice took me to another level. I'd just started practicing daily written gratitude journaling a few weeks before starting this quest. Yet, BE taught me how to actually expand my gratitude practice to cultivate a higher vibration within me and it was so simple and easy...just a few tweaks to what I'd already been doing.
The 3 MIQs are EVERYTHING and enhancing them to an even higher level set me on fire to pursue an even more fulfilling life. I also truly enjoyed the brief lessons, the practical reflection prompts and the realistic and non-conformist perspectives that are interwoven throughout this quest. I'm not a fan of group think and status quo just because. I love insights that help me deconstruct and reconstruct my way of thinking and encourage my sense of freedom and agency within my life. This program also helped me clarify how my core values can become actionable to leave this world in a better place than how I entered it.
