Thanks to Vishen for generously sharing the Seven States training. The time spent going through each state was invaluable, I learned where I was still holding on to past energies that no longer served me and was able to let go of the stories and identities that are no longer me. Getting really clear about who I am, has helped me to get clear about what I want. Thank you again!
