I have been reading about manifesting for a while now, books such as Every Day Karma and The Secret but this programme really took this to a new and more focused level. The 3MIQs really brings out what you really want from a spiritual sense and not just what you want compared to what others have. I also thought the daily routines such as gratitude and segment intending are useful to prepare your mind for a positive day and the game changer for me is the meditation process. I have never meditated but this programme has taught me how to do this and to implement it frequently for different situations. The process of bringing out your intuition is also powerful and I will try and utilise this as much as possible.
