I followed Vishen for his 7 states this week, or should I say my 7 states? I have had swings of such exceptional insight and realisation during this week. I loved seeing how the states are individually powerful but how each one dovetails into the next and ultimately how 'receiving' captures them all divinely. Listening to Vishen, the most extraordinary story teller, I have laughed and cried - but most of all learnt and grown. Thank you
