"I had so many AHA moments during this quest"

I am so grateful that I discovered Mindvalley. I began meditating a couple of years ago, but have gone at it in fits and starts. I love the consistency of the quests, and now I can't imagine not starting my day with my Mindvalley time. I've only completed one month-long quest, but the change in my life is huge.
I had so many AHA moments during this quest - too numerous to share. But the most profound moment occurred after learning the Board Room technique. Maya Angelou is on my Advisory Board because. . . Maya Angelou! She sat silent and regal during one the meetings while I received advice from my other advisors. Then she let the silence resonate, turned to me, took my left hand and said, "Who told you that you don't deserve joy?" The question pierced my soul like a laser. No need to go down the rabbit hole to figure out where I might have gotten that notion. The point was that I DO deserve joy and all I have to do is accept it.
The other important concept I got from the quest is: "The Universe doesn't give you what you want. The Universe gives you who you are." It is now crystal clear that I am already what I want to be!
I have a certainty about my future that I have never known. And I'm just getting started!
