Before this membership and Extraordinary quest, and Duality quest so far, I was emotional about my journey. Now, after completing the be extraordinary quest, I feel more balanced in my purpose and emotional wellbeing.
Where before I could have spiral into depression, the tools for training our thoughts about each day interactions creates a focus where I get to have mindful input into my daily experiences before the moments arrived. While appreciating the moments from before that brought me back to this learning.
