I was at the victim level, and I always felt that things were not going my way, but I realized after this program that I have survived a lot, and I now understand that everything that happened to me was for a reason.
I still didn't get my goal, but I see it closer than before.
Thanks to this program I have learned many things that didn't know before,
Unconscious Incompetence: At this stage, a person is unaware of their lack of knowledge or skill in a particular area.
Conscious Incompetence: Here, one becomes conscious of their lack of knowledge or skill and may seek to learn or improve.
Conscious Competence: This level involves conscious effort and practice, where a person gains proficiency through deliberate action.
Unconscious Competence: In this final stage, skills or knowledge become second nature, and a person can perform them effortlessly.
Transformation refers to a profound and lasting change in one's beliefs, behaviors, or identity. It often involves a shift in mindset, perspective, or values that leads to personal growth and a better quality of life.
Understanding Kensho and Satori Moments:
Kensho: Kensho is a term from Zen Buddhism, denoting a moment of sudden enlightenment or insight. It's a temporary experience where one gains a deep understanding of their true nature and the interconnectedness of all things.
Satori: Satori is an advanced state of enlightenment in Zen Buddhism. Unlike Kensho, it represents a more sustained and permanent awakening, often associated with mastery of one's inner self and transcending the ego.
The ultimate state of human existence is subjective and varies from person to person. It often involves achieving a profound sense of purpose, inner peace, and a harmonious connection with oneself, others, and the universe. It can be seen as a state of self-actualization and spiritual fulfillment.
