“I anchored presence, devotion, and inner unity into a daily lived practice”

Attending the '7 Sacred States Challenge' was an intensely remarkable and sacred experience of sharing a deep heart opening space with thousands of souls simultaneously. Throughout the 7 day challenge I experienced a transcendant contemplative and meditative state, which is still with me as I write this; I feel a unity of Soul, Mind, Emotion and Body as clear flowing light. Each state standing on its own, but requiring each for the tapestry to be whole and complete. Devotion is forefront in my mind and heart at this time, as grounding these states in ritual practice provides me the focus, discipline and integrity to be fully present and committed to creating my life in the 'now', and thus being open to receive and complete the circle.
