"I am now much more centered, happier & my brain is focusing better"

I am a senior, age 68; and my goals now are to create a very productive and targeted next chapter in my life. Until about 4 years ago, I was running a full time photography studio business and was ready to move in a new direction;feeling kind of burned out. I was seeking more personal fulfillment, happiness, and to reconnect to my spiritual and right brain energy. Before this program I was meditating intermittently for about 1 year. I took the class because I wanted to go deeper into the meditation process, rekindle my intuition and learn to move into altered states consistently. This course seemed perfect and Vishen was my ideal teacher. Since the program I have been very consistent with my meditation and found several changes in myself. I am now much more centered, happier, my brain is focusing better; my memory is better; and I am more clear about my goals and priorities. I also took another class and several of the introductory masterclasses. These helped get my meditation practice on track. Just a day or 2 prior to the class I experienced a gamma wave download of information but did not know what it was until I took this class. That was a very magical experience and I am excited to have more of those. I now consistently have meditations which bring me to states of bliss. Next I am taking the Ultramind Silva method class.
