Before this program, I was fairly spaced out and lacked focus. Yes, I would have goals. Usually I would accomplish all or most of them. But, to do so, I often worked into the night. Since taking the Be Extraordinary Course, I am using the Segment Intending to divide a typical working day into 3 working chunks of time. I have a clear objective for each. I intend this in my meditation and in my journaling. I am finding that I am now more productive and focused. I actually experience a spaciousness of time and can sometimes accomplish more that the primary objective.
