Before this quest I was in a very dark place, after having been diagnosed with cancer and getting to 50 without accomplishing anything important in my live, and just pretending and not really doing it, and after taking this quest I really started to believe that I can do things work for me, I am creating discipline in my practice and in understanding what is happening around me, I am very grateful for having the opportunity to learn and practice this wonderful way of living and creating better things in my live.
The reason I enrolled is because I always have the believe in my mind of having to do great thing for me for my family and others, I really do but haven't been able to accomplish anything important " jet".
The biggest changes I have noticed is how understanding and practicing forgiveness and gratitude can help you feel better is a wonderful experience, thank to that my anxieties, frustrations and depression are getting better and better.
There are many takeaways and insights during this quest, but the biggest ones are being aware of my intuition and seen how it works! The vision for the future and happiness in the now, turning my problem into projects, applying meditation to move towards my goals, The silva method practice, being aware of my accomplishments and my goals and the last tip of Rumi poem was wonderful because I was feeling the pressure of thinking about how and when was going to happen.
The biggest positive change I have noticed is how aware I am now, feeling calm and knowing that things are working in my favor and that I am in charge of my own happiness. is wonderful!
I 100 %. I can tell that I am a totally different person than when I started, and I am immensely grateful for that.
