"I am deeply grateful for this journey in Mindvalley the last six years"

This was the second time in 5 years of doing this quest. I noticed the difference in my awareness, in the moments of insights I had because I was a different person as I went through this program. The reverse gap exercise was striking. Everything I wrote down that I had experienced in the last five years was a duplicate of my 3 MIQs from 4 years ago. As I read the experiences I saw how many experiences matched up to the meditations I was doing almost 3 years ago. Mapping the satori and kensho moments was also meaningful in seeing the kensho moments I had experienced in relation to my whole life. This was profound this time because the last three years were a cascade of deeply painful kensho moments. The manifesting exercise were deeper more profound as I had just also completed the Silva Ultramind for the 2nd time. Its been 6 years now since I started in mindvalley and completing the life coach, buss coach and holobody coach programs also enhanced the experience in be extraordinary. I loved the merging technique and the boardroom technique as tools for tapping into intuition. I find the 3 scenes technique for projects to be applicable every day. The speed in which I get insights after doing the 3 scenes technique and the magnitude of them is mesmerizing.
As a former entrepreneur and landscape architect I often tapped into my intuition in leadership and designing spaces for people outdoor environments. But I didn’t really have words to describe what I was doing in my own mind. The clarity I have on intuition, energy, how our thoughts create our reality is sharpened and honed with this quest. I actually made notations in my book mind map on experiments and people reffered to here and in the book The code of the extraordinary mind. I’m now reading the holographic universe, the field and altered traits while I build a book on understanding the neuroscience, psychology and physics behind being the architect of our world. Using the power of our mind to create, build, connect and envision. I am deeply grateful for this journey in Mindvalley the last six years.
