Before this program, I was confused about many things in my life, quite directionless and unmotivated, after this program, I found a structure, understanding about many things, goal-setting, letting go, deciding on the visions I would want to com eyrie for me and getting the toolkit you make it happen. I am a lot wiser about my life than I was a month back. Meditation is slowly becoming a part of my life .. Quite happy and grateful to Vishen for creating this program.
