Before the programme my belief was that in order to achieve anything I just had to work overly hard at it. I had never explored the mind perspective - it was almost automated....work harder and harder. The course has taught me a very diffent approach towards life in general and in particular, how to face challenges and fulfill my dreams in a more relaxed mindset. An eye opener indeed. I intend to practice the techniques shared, and use the knowledge Ive gained to help my family, and my business team members to grow in their personal & professional lives by being a role model with a different approach. I intend to study as much of the valuable resources available on the MindValley platform as possible, as this has ignited a yearning to learn more. I now believe that the Universe has better plans for me and had to pass me the message through the Mind Valley course...thank you Vishen.
