Above my expectations ... It allowed me to get a strong clarity on my goals, and to push at a level slightly above my confort zone. This has given a level of energy never experienced before. An energy for my everyday life. The tools and method given in the program allow this excitement to be maintained on a an everyday basis and to grow constantly. A total reduction of stress, daily bliss, and vision of seeing my goals brighter and brighter. Then, I could experience, event within the program how life was serving my purpose. Feeling at the right place. Blissed. My 2 main projects, of a foundation combing sailing and awareness for groups and individuals , combined with the decision of accomplishing an old dream of a solo atlantic crossing on a small sailing boat take form.
