"Our team has grown from 2 people to a team of 11 within the space of just 2 weeks!"

I set out my Vision documents for Wolf Academy while I was going through the Buddha and the Badass book and then I refined them further while going through the Be Extraordinary at Work course. I've had this vision for over two years but I only began moving towards it this year after returning home from my travels around America. As Co-Founders, my brother and I created our Vivid Vision together- our Core Purpose came from merging our personal why statements together and our Massive Transformational Purpose is to: "Transform Ireland’s Education system so people have all the experiences, inspiration, tools and knowledge they need to live happy and healthy lives, become their true selves and achieve their ultimate vision" We then developed OKRs for Wolf Academy 2030 and worked backward to create key milestones we aim to hit along the way to move us towards the vision. I've also used my 10-year vision to lead in conversations and our team has grown from 2 people to a team of 11 within the space of just 2 weeks! Our new team will be recording a diverse suite of wellbeing programs for secondary schools over the coming months - we will have programs ranging from mindset development, meditation, goal-setting, building self-love, resilience, yoga, breathwork and nutrition.
