"I joined this program to further my skills in understanding my students and myself"

I've just taken this course although I have done meditation and I am in a spiritual group, which has helped me a lot in understanding myself. 
I am a teacher and I teach drama to young students. I find it fulfilling to be able to share this little know how on drama I have with my students. 
I joined this program to further my skills in understanding my students and myself. Also, how to make me a better person and teacher. I also wish to share my skills with many more people. I have joined this program to communicate at a spiritual level with my estranged sister who lives in the United Kingdom and who has not contacted us for over two years now.
