Before this program I was just anxious about meeting the grade and team minimum. I now realise that with this pandemic and having lost so many colleagues it is necessary to prioritize my mental and physical well-being before going to work. Working at home enables me to fit in my meditation and workout time in the morning before I go online virtually into meetings and court at 10h00.
