Hello, Last year I took the Be a Modern Master program and already after a few weeks in I noticed myself be much more centered and had a lot less anxiety. I wasn't as scared to speak my truth. I have done energy healing for a long time but this was extraordinary to say the least. After a while I started another program for healing my sons adhd, but it kind of lead me off this path. I am back doing the mantra meditation and the sutras now and am starting to feel more centered again. The duality program feels like a nice fit with the modern master program, so now I am deepening my knowledge in this area.
