"To this day I haven't touched cigarettes nor have I felt tempted to do so"

I quit smoking over 10 years ago using the book and mind programming cd.
I used to smoke about a pack a day. After a few weeks of practice (mainly through the cd) I felt that I didn't need to smoke any more. In fact just looking someone smoking eg in a movie was enough to make feel choking!
To this day I haven't touched cigarettes nor have I felt tempted to do so. Haven't gained weight either!
