Beyond all the knowledge made available to us in this program, the biggest breakthrough was having a strategy around “who” for every one of my goals. Historically, I have operated under the impression that I needed to carry all the weight to achieve my personal goals. What I have come to realize is that people want to support me for achieving my full potential and that I only need to ask for their help, which can be hard for me to do. Leading with “WHO” needs to become a permanent part of my being. Leading with “WHO” means I can play bigger, achieve more and make a bigger difference in the world
