Sleeping is more restful and less sporadic. I drink less often and when I do drink I am much less likely to take it overboard. Without focusing on it my diet is trending to healthier. I've seen a spike in self motivation to work on personal goals. I procrastinate less. My mind wandering has decreased drastically. My compulsive cleaning has decreased. I am less dependent on social interactions to feel emotionally stable. 

The post session feeling of raw being/conciseness. If I'm tired I sleep, If I'm sad I cry, If I am troubled then I'm pressed to resolve the issues and not bury them.
