Now I haven't yet attended a class in person but have used your books and YouTube videos to further progress with the Kettlebell. 
I come from a background of boxing and heavy weight lifting from which at the age of twenty with that and an alcohol abuse issue ruined my body. 
Years later at 25, I discovered KBS and soon Steve Cotter as an instructor.
His teaching ability to me is so well and so thorough I was able to learn the proper movements and know the moment I've broken my form. I no longer have issues with my knees or back or shoulders, they continue to build up my confidence little by little helping to combat the mental or emotional damage done by my addiction abuse.
All in all, if it wasn't for the step by step clear and detailed instructions I can say I would have never looked at KBS as a serious workout let alone as a way to improve life in many different ways. I no longer train with standard weights it's all KBS.
I have also become so taken with the bells that I am looking to become fluid enough with them I may be able to become certified and teach myself one day down the road.
