One of the things that I think was the most brilliant part of the process is that, when you take a group of individuals, particularly C-level executives that have been really successful in their career. When they come together as a team, it is not necessarily additive, you always want it to be multiplicative. So the additive part I think is always table-stakes, how you get the magic to be multiplicative I think is where the secret sauce is, and especially important in a transformation and growth story
