Before AI Mastery, I was working inside an enterprise culture that was constantly reactive. We were capable and experienced but firefighting. AI Mastery changed how I think about leadership. I stopped asking, “How do we respond faster?” and started asking, “How do we design better systems?” Using computational thinking and Human-in-the-Loop design, I built an AI-assisted leadership system that analyzes issues, maps ownership, surfaces structured decision options, and drafts responses while keeping final judgment human. Drafting time dropped by about 50%, and decisions that once took an hour now take closer to 15 minutes because complexity is pre-structured. That shift gave me the clarity and confidence to leave the enterprise environment and start my own business, building digital and AI transformation systems I now design and lead.
