AI Mastery

"I no longer feel helpless with AI, even if I’m not a tech expert”

I joined AI Mastery expecting it to feel empowering. While I was in it, though, that wasn’t exactly my experience.

Some of the more advanced system-building, especially around AI agents and Building Automations, was genuinely challenging for me. I didn’t fully grasp every layer and I felt a gap between what was being demonstrated and then what I was supposed to execute on my own.

But towards the end of the course, I decided to lighten up on myself and noticed some things had shifted. Now I can see the vast scope of possibility with AI and am taking a new attitude around my abilities. So much of it is my mindset and not allowing myself to say it's too technical or complicated.

I see AI for what it can be even for me, who doesn't work with a team or a customer service center, etc. Yes, I can write with it but it can behave more like my brain and save me countless hours. I no longer feel helpless because I am not a tech geek. And sure, I can't do all that was taught in this class, at least not yet, in the way of building complex systems. But I have seen how they are structured and how professionals are using them. This alone is giving me insight into how I approach my work.

And, because MV has given 2 years of access to the course, I will revisit many of these lessons again. I have a solid base to build on, so as AI changes, I will have a framework to anchor at least of the dizzying new advances. Even tools that weren’t covered in the class feel more approachable because I understand the underlying logic better.

AI Mastery was NOT simple for me. But it did expand my perspective and confidence and some tangible outcomes

But it expanded my perspective — and that shift has changed both how I see my future work and how I execute inside it.

For me, that’s the real value.
