"Now it is much easier to resist sugar"

Diabetes is a term in my family.
Before the quest I already suffer not eating sugar. Many things in the quest I already knew. But what I found, Is my emotion with sugar. Very interesting. I found a new pattern in childhood. For that, I’m very thankful to find it. Now it is much easier to resist sugar.
 thank you very much
