7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I released 10kg!"

I started this program because I realised that I was spending most days sitting at my desk and the amount of sugar I was consuming (often not even consciously) was starting to tell... post-lunch brain fog, weight gain and lack of energy unless I had a sugar boost.

I took the short course and my eyes were opened!!

For the longest time I had been getting frustrated with myself for not having enough willpower to resist the delicacies people brought into the office to celebrate birthdays etc.
But when Eric explained why, I realized it wasn’t my fault at all! That was a game-changer for me.

I took Eric’s advice for how to break up with sugar and now I believe I really do have ‘food freedom’... I am able to manage my now occasional cravings which I have identified as being triggered by boredom and not because I need sugar!

Oh, and I also released 10kg! (22 lb/1.5 stone) Thanks, Eric... you changed my life and that of my family!

It's wonderful how we can adapt to certain mental states. I have no sweet cravings after a 3 week period of concious eating. The only times I've had chocolate is when my partner or colleagues have offered a piece and I accept due to habit saying yes to treats. Could you imagine -...
