5 Days To A Powerful Memory

Before this Quest my life was struggling on doing self improvement especially how to have a a good memorizing and after taking this Quest I feel more confident on learning jn effective way and stick on my mind for a long term.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest to encourgae my self and break my limiting belief.
 What I was hoping to achieve/learn was a quality life , how to connect to more people, learning something new in everyday and implement it in daily life and also unlock my next achievement.
 Reasons why I recommend this Quest is the explanation is easy to be understood, how the mentor communicate is simple , and after the lesson , also they recommend the practice challenge, so we can directly try and apply it.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is on memorizing and feel more confident on my capability.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are
 -Brain is trainable
 -Keep practice whatever that you learn
 -For having a good memorize you also need to pay attention to what you eat, your rest, your daily exercise.
