5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"Thank you very much for the techniques"

Before this program, I could not even repeat five things from memory. With some practice especially the techniques in lesson 1, I now can remember about 15-16 words from a list of 20. To me, this is very significant. I still keep practicing by focusing and repeating the names of the objects every time I pause for a break during the day. Then I get so excited that I teach a colleague about my exercise. The more I talk about it, the better I become at remembering the 20 objects in the list. And what a wonderful thing to be able to recall the objects in reverse order... from 20 down to 1. Thank you very much for the techniques.
