"I really enjoyed this very much and know it will help me"

When I’m introduced to people, my mind usually does too mush when I hear their name. This seminar really helped because it gave me the strategies to immediately say their name back to them, ask about the history of their name, and associate a creative or silly picture which I overlay on top of them to help me remember. I will use, but not abuse their name in the conversation. I really enjoyed this very much and know it will help me.
