"I realized I am really in pretty good shape"

Before taking this quest, I thought I was getting older and had problems with my memory and focus. Going over the habits that support brain health I realized I am really in pretty good shape! I exercise regularly, my diet is good. Being a long-term meditator and percussionist has really reduced my automatic negative thoughts. I do need to work on Sleep and specifically put my devices down much closer to bedtime. I’m going to try that starting tonight and see how much my sleep improves.
