"I have started believing in myself and my abilities"
5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"I have started believing in myself and my abilities"

Before this quest I struggled with severe negative self-talk.
After this quest I feel that I finally have a strategy to kill my negative self-talk.
The reason I enrolled in this quest was to be able to gain a better understanding of how my mind works.
What I was hoping to learn were strategies that would give me the power to change myself for the better.
Reasons why I recommend this quest is that it’s the starting point to take back the power that others have stolen from you.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is how I view my own thoughts.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are to not underestimate the power of your own mind, your physical health is connected to your mental health and to always remember your motivations.
The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is that I have started believing in myself and my abilities more than before I started this Quest.
