"here I have found what I feel are the tools and the guidance to getting my brain to a superbrain status"

Hi everyone, I've always had a terrible memory and difficulty with learning - both academically and with personal growth. I'm on day 4 of participating in the "5 days to a powerful memory" program and already I'm identifying my ANTs (automatic negative thoughts) I have a long way to go, but here I have found what I feel are the tools and the guidance to getting my brain to a superbrain status.
Thank you Jim. I'm really looking forward to day 5 and then onto the next full program.
