Al principio fue como estar en una dulcería! y me fui tras un curso que llamó mi atención apenas verlo, sin embargo, al ir a una meditación descubrí otro curso que pensé pudiera ser mejor, y así fue, en términos de empezar primero por un camino de autodescubrimiento del momento presente, con confianza y seguridad de mejorar, con mucha responsabilidad, para entonces sí a partir de este punto de partida poder avanzar, y me encantó y lo recomiendo: 10 Questions for Self-Love.
